Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ)
(氧化鋯)
Highly Durable, Highly Resistant to Acid Corrosion and High Temperatures
Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ) is not only verystrong and highly resistant to acid corrosion and high temperatures, but chemically is also highly stable, and produces much more durable products than standard ceramics do.

These qualities make PSZ well-suited to use in a variety of industries, where it is used in such applications as mechanical seals, bearings, machining components, molds and automobile parts. PSZ is also used in medical applications such as artificial hip joints.
Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ)
PSZ is the variant of zirconia oxide that we produce, and is derived by adding yttrium oxide into zirconium dioxide to make it spread evenlyin the production. Due to its high degree of durability, PSZ can be used as a replacement for metal in the manufacture of machine components. Also, unlike metals PSZ does not rust, and is resistant to wear, erosion, deformation and damage from exposure to high temperatures.

Use of PSZ-made components therefore effectively reduces operational costs.
